Electronic Bidding Document for each contract identification number are available online and can be downloaded on or before 6 Dec ,2019 within Time from PPMO‟s website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, the Bidders have to download the necessary part of bidding documents, prepare their bid and submit their electronic bids as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder is required to deposit the non-refundable fee as mentioned for bidding document in the Revenue (Rajaswa) account as specified below and electronic scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher must be submitted along with the electronic bid files.

4. Bidder shall submit the electronic bid through website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 06, dec 2019.

5. Bid received after the deadline of the submission will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 13:00 Hours on 06 Dec 2019.
6. If the last day for purchasing and submission falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.
7. Bid should comply in all respects with the Instructions to Bidder included in the Bid Document. Noncompliance with this instruction will result in disqualification.
8. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
